Hello,

I'm getting a "Confirmation needed to install update" error every time i update the software. This error is worrying as i can barely go through a successful scan. Please help. i'm using Version: Kaspersky Endpoint security for windows 11.1.0.15919

Hi, 

Is it possible to disable this notification (Confirmation needed to install update), in KES 11 interface, from a policy in KSC 11?

Hi,

There is no way to do so via policy.

However, you can accept that update at Advanced-application management-Software updates and it will be installed without confirmation from user.

As Nikolay already mentioned: Approve the updates in the KSC in "Advanced" - "Application management" - "Software updates". Then there is no longer any query on the client for approved updates.

 

 


However, I recommend only allowing approved updates via update-task.
