Confict with Firefox

Dear all,

One one of my server running Kaspersky Security 10.1.2 for Windows server and administrated by Kaspersky security center 12. is conflicting with Firefox. I can’t run Firefox at all, it just crashes (It’s important for me that this server runs Firefox) it’s one of many servers having this issue.

Any solution?

I have never seen this issue.

Maybe CriticalFix ProductCore 10 will help.

Hello,

Try removing the FireFox.exe from the list of the application protected by the Exploit Prevention component.
