hi there,

we got abnormal issue that some user’s computer has no internet (Teams offline, can not get weather information...”. 

other user is fine, no issue.

turn off KES 11.6, issue gone.

Firewall and Network thread are off on the policy.

any suggestion?

All the computers have KES 11.6 or have others versions ?

All the computers are running with the same policy ?

Yes. Same version same policy under same server

You could turn of one component after the other until it works. Then I would check the settings of component which got turned of at the end.

You could also uninstall KES, reboot and install the latest version (11.8).
