This is going to be really hard, because I have no idea what to even ask. So sorry, right from the start.

I was running an update of Kaspersky and did a full scan. When they were done I got a message that "data" needed updating, so I clicked that. Then it said I had to do something else, and there was a drop-down menu. I clicked "Ignore" because I had no idea what it was asking me to do or why, so I needed information to figure it out.

At that point everything went down with Server Not Found messages. Two Win 10 laptops and my phone (Android)- which is fast running out of data now.

I went down and reset the router, but it made no difference.

I have not a clue what to do next and can't really even give you any information since I can't get into my machines. Maybe delete Kaspersky? Might that work?

I just hope there is someone out there with a crystal ball.

TIA

Testing.
