comfyui manager does not have internet access

Hello, my comfyui manager cannot access the internet if my antivirus is active

I use the app like a portable comfyui.
I tried disabling all the antivirus modules one by one(File antivirus,Firewall,...), but nothing works; I have to completely disable the antivirus each time.

Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3.10.391(m) -> is Kaspersky's *old* software - it's been replaced by Kaspersky Standard, Kaspersky are offering a *free-upgrade*, READ:  Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Kaspersky Danila T.

Kaspersky Standard *download* is available here: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product. 

1. Update the old software to Kaspersky Standard, reboot the computer = power OFF, ON, login, make sure databases are updated, recheck IF ComfyUI manager can access the internet?

This works with the latest version of the antivirus software.

I was very annoyed to be using this kind of program without antivirus software.
