Collect Log from a Linux using KSC

Can we collect logs from a Linux Server/workstation using KSC through task by using collect.sh script , I have many linux machine which are showing protection disabled , it us difficult to take logs from each workstations one by one , please share the process how to do it from centrally.

As far as I know this is not possible. You have to do it on the machine locally.

As all devices have the same problem check if there are any differences in KESL Version and DB Updates.

You just need the collect of one machine having the issue for troubleshooting. Make sure KESL 12.3 is installed and the current Network Agent installed. Make sure after install the first DB Update is successful.

And check in Online Help that all Requirements are given, i.e. Iptables must be installed to get Web Threat Protection to work.

Best would be to open a ticket with technical Support to check into the collect and do further troubleshooting
