cmd.exe si apre nei processi attivando kaspersky protection

Salve a tutti,
come spiegato nel titolo il processo cmd.exe si apre (solo in background nei processi e non come finestra) nei processi in gestione attività se avvio chrome ed è attiva l’estensione Kaspersky Protection.
Se la disattivo si chiude immediatamente il processo, se l’attivo di nuovo instantaneamente si riapre il processo in gestione attività.
è normale?
sono nuovo del programma e dell’estensione e spero non sia un quesito stupido
