Kaspersky Customer Service is the worst.  Lost two full days going through the online guidance, with NO results.

Here, in Silicon Valley this is not acceptable

Database EXTREMELY out of date - DOES NOT allow update. 

Protected browser not accessible due to Certificate Issue.

I used Kaspersky for many years - minor issues only.

Now I am done - I ASK FOR MONEY BACK FOR THE TOTAL PRODUCT. Kaspersky Premium 2023 3 years, 5 devices
