Chrome VPN Bypass Kaspersky Safe Kid

I set up Kaspersky Safe Kid in my kid’s account in Macbook.  He can use Chrome plugin VPN to bypass Safe Kid checking.  Kaspersky Safe Kid cannot block anything .  Any one have this experience?  And how to fix this?

Welcome!

• Unfortunately, if the Chrome VPN plugin is accessed via Chrome browser it’s not possible to manage it using Kaspersky Safe Kids, unless the Chrome browser itself is blocked, which defeats the purpose as Chrome is the recommended browser🤔
• To enable us to fully test, may we know the actual name of  the Chrome VPN plugin and where it’s available from please?

Thank you for the additional information & the links👌 

• ☢ Before doing the following, on your son’s device, perform a full reset of the Chrome browser; if necessary manually remove all extensions, themes, add-ons you’ve not approved of & or authorised☢

Without knowing your son’s age, our recommendations:

• If genius son is reasonable - block the specific URLs - image 1.
• If genius son is unreasonable/determined to circumvent your wishes - block Chrome webstore - image 1; result = image 2.
• Also, control Restrictions for websites as per image 3.
• Also, control Application categories as per image 4.
• We’re not familiar with Gats.io however, we’d also recommend blocking Gats.io website - image 5; another point of access, which appears to be titotu.io - image 6 & Discord Gats.io - image 7 → blocks applied as per image 1

 

• Note, none of the above is guaranteed to stop a determined child attempting to outwit your wishes and or the Kaspersky software; however, those configurations will slow him down.
