Changing shared folder KSC11

Hi to all,

I was checking our KSC and I have seen the system unit was full, so I’ve change the shared folder but now I’m getting some errors about the KSC is not finding the path specified (error 1181/0x3). But If I search the server via samba, I can see the shared folder and I can download the packages which are inside… Any idea?? Which is the correct process to change the shared folder??

Could you please clarify what shared folder exactly was changed? Is it KLShare?

What exactly was done to change it`s location?

Hi, 

Yes, is the KLShare folder. I've been changed the shared folder via server administration (windows). Then I've opened the KSC console and I've changed the path in the server properties.

For further investigation please provide us with GSI log(https://support.kaspersky.com/common/diagnostics/3632) from admin server host.
