The last days when im trying to change password at any website, at the new password area does not apear the green key of kaspersky password manager so i can press on it and generate the new password, when i am change the password manualy, kaspersky password manager dont save the new password automaticaly.

My default browser is chrome.

I dont have any other problems i can login at any website normaly with kaspersky password manager.

Is this the missing key🔑 problem → image 1? 

Note, we can replicate the problem, but not for all sites → image 2, the new password key🔑 shows

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Check/confirm:
  1. Autosave and autofill & Enable and disable autosave and autofill  → image 3

  2. Sign in automatically → image 4

  3. Ignored websites section → image 5

  4. Kaspersky Password Manager extension  v5.0.5.39 &  Prepare Chrome and chromium-based browsers for Kaspersky Password Manager → image 6 

  5. Chrome - passwords, auto-signin, autofill, is not enabled → image 7

  6. KPM version & patch(m) 9.0.2.13079(m) → image 8

  7. Is KPM subscription license or free? 

  8. To enable us to test further, post some names of sites/URLs, that have the missing key problem, make sure they’re not sites that have any special enrollment conditions - for example, bank, university, private societies etc.

I dont know what happend there are some sites that is work and and some it doesent but there is no problem im using the kpm extension at chrome and im generating the new password manualy

 (https://www.winbank.gr/) i can change the password using kpm generator; i can see the green key symbol at the new password.

the green key symbol is missing from the new password field: (https://www.alpha.gr/) , https://www.e-food.gr/ , https://www.plaisio.gr/

We created a plasio account, for the other sites, we checked the key symbol, but, did not create accounts, as the bank sites require authenticated accounts, however, for us, all sites, the keys are visible →  in both email & password fields:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Confirm you’re using KPM patch(n) → image 5 above
  2. Confirm you’re using KPM extension 5.0.6.4 → image 6 above
  3. Reset the Chrome browser → chrome://settings/reset
  4. If KPM is Premium subscription → log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support → follow the template image 7 above, include:
  • What caused the problem? 
  • Did you try to solve the problem? How?
  • Text from an error message (or attach an error screenshot to your request).
  • Image?
  • Video?
  • Community topic URL? 
  • ➡ After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will be in touch, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
  • When feedback from the Kaspersky Technical Team is available, please share it here in the Kaspersky Community? 
  • ⭕ Note: if KPM is Free version, please let us know?⭕

I am using the premium version of kpm and i olso have the latest versions of the app and the extension at chrome as u show me at the pics. Im seeing the key symbol at the user and pass when im logging in at the sites but it missing at the new password when im trying to change it. Note: i can see it at the curent password tab.
