Hi, I need to change my account status from US to Global. I tried to write to support but unfortunately without success. I hope to find help here. Thanks in advance.

All Kaspersky US based support has been discontinued - due to the US government ban - read: Guide on Kaspersky software availability in the United States,  log a request with Kaspersky GLOBAL Customer Service - on the support page,  https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/global#contacts, select Email & to fill in the template please select (your) software (A) from the dropdown-list - noting - there's no template specific to (your) requirements - select a generic template & include a *detailed history*:                                                                                                                                                              image.thumb.png.b62b9d03d633ddfa02552ae8e3c6fc11.png
