Cant unistall/reinstall Kaspersky safe kids

I have a problem at first where my screen time limits wasn't working anymore for my kid. Upon checking the device connection I found that I have no connection happening between the app and the computer. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall the program. it wont let me in any possible way to access either to uninstall properly or re install. It comes to a stop when asked to login to Kaspersky safe kids for windows. the screen never pops up despite turning pop up blocker off and all my windows firewall off then cancels the process, so how am I suppose to move forward fixing this problem? I even downloaded the removal tool specific for this and it stops halfway everytime please help.

Welcome!

  1. Was KAVREMOVER run with the system in SafeMode
  2. May we have the KAVREMOVER Log files  → check C:\Windows\Temp - look for logs named kavremvr-srvc date/time (pid xyz).log - zip all log files and attach the zip folder to your reply please?

  • ❓ Is the device actually synced with your MyKaspersky account? 
  • As you’d already run KAVREMOVER before posting here in the Community, may we please have the KAVREMOVER logs as previously requested?
  • If you contact Kaspersky Technical Support please follow Getting technical support in your account guide & template:  include images, a detailed history of all steps taken, a GSI & Windows Logs, the KAVREMOVER logs; also the Support Team may request Traces, if Traces are needed they will provide the steps you need to take. 

 

  • After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
  • When Support provide information, please share it with the Community?
