Can't uninstall KSK. Enter mail and password screen doesn't pop up.

Hi everyone, since some time KSK doesn't work on my kid's PC. Last time reinstall worked well. Now I can't uninstall it. After this screen noting happens. No pop-up nothing. Please help. Thank you

I don’t know KSK version since the application deosen’t start.

Welcome!

▶ To find the version & patch of any Kaspersky software → on the Windows Taskbar, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About, or go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\ & look for Kaspersky Safe Kids folder, the folder will have a version number, atm, it shows C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Safe Kids 1.0.5.

To uninstall KSK:

• 1 You must be signed into the Windows account as Administrator.
• 2 Nothing else must be running on the computer, no other applications, browsers, nothing at all, must be active.

Have both those conditions been met? 

• 3 Is KSK premium subscription or free?

KSK version is 1.0.5. - premium. Nothing was active.

I have tried several times to uninstall it. I even ran the install exe, hoping the wizard will ask me if I want to repair the instance. Nothing.

But, today when I entered the PC with the same admin account. KSK install wizard popped up. I completed the process and configured my child's account. Now everything works fine.
