Can't remove Kaspersky Password Manager

I am unable to remove the program Kaspersky Password Manager, using uninstall in the Add / Remove Programmes control panel. I receive this pop up windows message: Could not access network location *.   (see attached screenshot)

OS is Windows 10

@sculhaneuk Welcome. Please try with the Kaspersky Removal Tool (KavRemover)

Thank you - the removal tool has worked. 

KPM still shows in the programme list under Add/Remove programmes, but if it try to uninstall, it then says it’s not there.

An entry in the registry hasn’t been removed,
eventually please see this Microsoft Support article.

  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
