Greetings, 
I am having trouble reinstalling my kaspersky product I have a registered and purchased product but after reinstalling it says I do not have a valid product or active product. But I do.
Am I missing an installation step ?

  1. For (your) privacy & security it's important to hide all private information, before posting images to any public forum. We've requested the Mods adjust the image. 
  2. Is the email address (you're) using to sign into the Kaspersky application the *same* as the email address that (you) used when (you) purchased the Kaspersky subscription?
