Cant login with Kaspersky account after changing password

Hello,

Following the advise given in my account i set my account to prompt me to change my password every 180 days now i can't login. Also i have a login saved in my password manager for Kaspersky which saved without a username. Very confusing how can i just get a new password using my original email address which is linked to the version Kaspersky currently installed on my machine.

  1. Also, check KPM - Password Generator -> Password History, it's possible the *original* password may have been saved? See image below & Resource: Password Generator, Password history
  2. At the MyKaspersky login, have you tried the Forgot your password? option? Resource: MyKaspersky, How to reset your password.
