That method requires me to login with a Kaspersky account which as stated in my initial thread i cannot do - it will take Kaspersky admins to delete them from the DB i should imagine

Please can you advise how i can delete two accounts i created whilst trying to login, neither work and i have now deleted Kaspersky from my computer and no longer need it. I've logged in today via SSO and would appreciate if i could delete this login credential too after deleting the two orphan accounts Thank you.

I'm using Kaspersky FREE so i dont see that option only 'forums' or 'FAQ'

Hello, Following the advise given in my account i set my account to prompt me to change my password every 180 days now i can't login. Also i have a login saved in my password manager for Kaspersky which saved without a username. Very confusing how can i just get a new password using my original email address which is linked to the version Kaspersky currently installed on my machine.
