can't install Kaspersky who calls

I receive frequently notifications in my Motorola Neo smartphone about the Kaspersky who calls. But I can't install it.

When I click the link, redirects to a galaxy story.

Play store doesn't have the app. And the apk can be from fake and scam sites.

There is a reliable and direct link?

1. Also, the sales page shows Kaspersky Who Calls is only available in Russia, Kazakhstan and Indonesia & in the *actual* shopping cart it says:  License Information: This license is not intended for activation outside of Russia.  *see images* || Are you in any of those regions & OR does the License Information apply to (you)?

2. Also, the Who calls, Installing the app documentation shows sources are Huawei, Xiaomi - it also says: other providers, but that link is dead, see image:

   3. IF Kaspersky is offering the .APK it's legitimate.
