Can't get my new KIV to accept my new activation code

I've been bedridden for the last 3 three months and unable to update the latest KIV which I finally bought last week.  When I bought and installed the new version It still only shows the daily rundown of 4 days at this point.  I have already uninstalled and re-download to see what I may have done wrong but nothing seems to point out.  Can somebody please help me?

Welcome back, we're so sorry to read you've been unwell for an extended period, we hope you're well on the way to a good recovery & your full health is restored. 

  1. Was the original KIS app removed from the MAC before installing the new KIS?
  2. IF you've followed: Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac, install and uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security & Start the application for the first time guidelines, including synchronizing the installed software with (your) MyKaspersky account, to associate the new license with the software & it's still reflecting the old license, please contact Kaspersky Support, on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in: Activation and license issues, Other;  Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you. 

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
