i have always had Kaspersky Password Manager and have 270 passwords.  Apparently all my subscriptions were either canceled or expired although when I click on Kaspersky Internet Security it says it is still active.  When I go to my Password Manager it says I can only have 5 and if I want all of mine I have to subscribe.  Well now, that appears to  impossible in the US so how do I access all of my passwords if I can't subscribe or upgrade???  Also, it keeps referring me to UltraAV and PassWatch, fine, I can do that but since I am not seeing all of entries how do I export them when there is nothing there?  They show up on my Chrome extension but I can't export them from there.

Thanks for any help  you can provide

Hello @mizzj0512,

Welcome!

  1. First, sign into (your) MyKaspersky account & look in (your) Kaspersky Password Manager, the 270 passwords *should* be there, if (you) still can't find (your) passwords, read step 5.
  2. Also, in (your) MyKaspersky account, check the *Subscription* tab, confirm which subscription(s) are active - take screen prints; from Kaspersky - all licenses will keep functioning until their original expiration date.
  3. *People have been successfully updating their Kaspersky AV using VPNs from remote-virtual-sites outside of the US*
  4. From -> Guide on Kaspersky software availability in the United States, Kaspersky Password Manager -> Most Kaspersky Password Manager features will keep functioning normally on all devices. Users can still create and manage their passwords and sync them across devices, as well as access their password vault, etc. However, the Password Check feature will no longer inform you if a password has been compromisedThe Kaspersky Password Manager browser extension/plugin will no longer be available for download from extension stores.
  5. Log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service -> https://support.kaspersky.com/us/b2c/us#contacts; on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown; please provide a *detailed history*, including any information about (your) active subscriptions.
  6. *Also*, IF using Chat - ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript *before* ending the chat - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat* image.thumb.png.37b30f8bc40cd5aeeeb2fc4dc18d68b9.png
  7. Finally, do not convert to UAV/PassWatch unless you really want too.

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
Thank you🙏
