Can't download/preview Outlook 365 attachments

I can't seem to download/preview Outlook 365 attachments on my Windows 11 desktop (get a connection error) and am wondering if there are any solutions to this?

The problem goes away when I pause Kaspersky's Total Security so it's definitely the issue here. I have my network settings not to scan enrypted connections. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

• Kaspersky's Total Security is Kaspersky's old software (v21.3), upgrade to Kaspersky Plus & recheck the issue. 
• Please note, the upgrade is free & is *like-for-like* -> Read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Danila T.
• Kaspersky Plus can be downloaded from: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product.
