My post sent before I finish the article.

My situation was
Adgard + Kaspersky Plus

I found a solution.

  Quote

in the Kaspersky Internet Security for that app (Settings -> Exclusions -> Trusted Apps -> Add your browser .exe and make sure "Do not scan encrypted traffic" is checked

after this setting the site works fine now

Is it not a good solution or need to change to another solution?

Hello @KIMSIA,

Thank you for posting back!

  1. The browser *should* be Trusted by default - IF it's been installed correctly & IF Kaspersky has been installed correctly.
  2. This: "My situation was - Adgard + Kaspersky Plus" - does not explain the problem....
  3. Can you explain in *detail* what the dcinside page looks like when the problem happens - is there stuff missing on the page - are parts of the page blank?

Please post back?

Thank you?

No, not a good solution, so AdGuard is interfering with K+, probably AG also checking encrypted connections using its own certificate.

You can opt to trust this URL adding it to Scan Encrypted connections Trusted URLs and don't disable the full encrypted checking.

Thx for your replay!

1. The browsers were trusted on K+ but this thing happened.

2. Sorry for my poor english. I think AG & K+ doing same full encrypted checking.

3. That was blank page with loading forever.

Thx for your reply!

I followed your oppinion and changed

K+ : Set every bowsers setting to not exclude certificated traffics
AG : on HTTPS filtering exclude list, add the site's main domain name.

and the site is working fine now!

Thanks!!!

Hello @KIMSIA,

Thank you for posting back! No apology necessary, you're doing just fine!

  1. OK, so IF " Scan Encrypted connections" is *unchecked" - the is blank - the problem is fixed - is that correct?
  2. IF (you) add the dcinside URL to Network SettingsEncrypted connections Scan, Configure trusted addresses (as @harlan4096 suggested), does that help?

Please post back?

Thank you?
