Cannot remotely start Protection on a device [MOVED]

Hello

I have a PC that has real-time protection running but shows me that the protection is disabled. Security application is running.

 

After a checking the user’s PC the device is up to date and seems to be running. but on the Security Center 11 it shows the device in red and gives me those errors.

 

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!
