Cannot make the detected object as exception [Closed]

I have an application for hospitals that is installed in whole the  world, but Kspersky has problems with a executable.message is: Microsoft Compatibility Telemetry ( Trusted ) is attempting to get acces to malware. Then:

Detected: HEUR:Trojan.Win32Generic

location: path of the executable

Kapersky says: Cannot disinfect the detected object. and wants that I block or delete the file.

I tried several times to make the file in the exception status, but nothing happens, I can not get red of the alert message ( popup window) , nor if I select to ignore. I am looking for a white list, bat cannot find that. What to do, because I cannot run the application.
