Cannot login to any of my account as SMS code is not receiving.

Four days now, support ticket is not answering.

I cannot get logged in to any of my devices, even have to create a new account to post a topic here.
I have 2FA turned on, just for mobile phone, and CANNOT receive any SMS code. I can receive any other messages normally.

Please help. It's been long. Support it poor considering that I have a paid plan.

Please send a follow-up email to Kaspersky Customer Service, quoting the Incident reference number that's been assigned to (your) case & please post the Incident reference number here in (your) topic?

Please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history*

*Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*

@tl2152 @Xvaier Welcome.

This issue is most  probably related with your SMS service provider , please consider 2FA with an Authenticator App ?

I was locked out of several accounts because I couldn’t receive SMS on my old number, which no longer works. Needed a quick way to get verification codes without relying on my carrier. Used another mobile service  — picked a UK number directly in the browser, no registration. The code arrived in under two minutes. Since it’s a real SIM-based number, not VoIP, it worked with services that usually block virtual lines. Didn’t have to install an app or reactivate a physical SIM.

I'm in this situation, did your problem get solved, if yes, how?

Hi Hori9163, so after getting the new UK number how were you able to log into your Kaspersky account and change your old no?😗
I'm having a similar problem....not receiving Verification Code SMS on my active mobile no
