Cannot guarantee authenticity of the domain to which an encrypted connect is being established

I get this message when opening excel or word files.

Is there any way I can get rid of this?

1. Post a full screen image of the “Cannot guarantee authenticity of the domain to which an encrypted connect is being established” alerts please & also the Certificate details please? 
2. Which Kaspersky Anti-Virus (KAV) version & patch(x)  x=letter, is installed → on the Windows taskbar, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About ? 
3. Have the “Cannot guarantee authenticity of the domain to which an encrypted connect is being established” alerts always happened?

⚠ Apart from the name discrepancy, the certificate expired in 2018🤔

1. Are you familiar with either or both *rogers.com names? 
2. Have the “opening excel or word files → “Cannot guarantee authenticity of the domain to which an encrypted connect is being established” alerts, always happened? 
3. Which Kaspersky Anti-Virus (KAV) version & patch(x) x=letter, is installed, on the Windows Taskbar, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About ?

No, it did not always happen.  It just started a few months ago.

❓ Are you familiar with either or both *rogers.com names on the certificate & alert❓  

⚠ KAV is up to version 21.2.16.590(b)

Please do the following:

1. Create a System restore point. 
2. Check whether any applications installed on your computer are incompatible with KAV. Uninstall/remove any such applications. 
3. Uninstall KAV, save License information ONLY
4. Download a new KAV installer.
5. Install KAV.
6. Run a manual Database update → allow it to complete.
7. Shutdown computer, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login, check patch(b) has been applied, it may be necessary to do the shutdown steps several times to apply the patch.
8. Run a Full scan → allow it to complete. 
9. Recheck “opening excel or word files → “Cannot guarantee authenticity of the domain to which an encrypted connect is being established” issue?
