Cannot disinfect the detected object

How do I deal with this object, I do not have the option to delete it, if I skip it, what happens to it?  I need this off of my computer, I have done a search on my computer and am unable to find the location so that I can manually delete it?

You can click "skip".

After that, check your Kaspersky main window to see if it is not waiting for any interaction from you.

After that, update your Kaspersky database and perform a full scan.

After I hit skip, is this file no longer a danger? Has it been quarantined somewhere? if it's quarantined, where do I find it to delete it, does Kaspersky have a quarantine file? If it is not disinfected and just skipped, is it still not active???

Check in Reports, can You post a full capture or copy/paste where that file / detections is located?

As I already mentioned, click on "Skip" and perform a COMPLETE SCAN of the device.

The full scan will likely detect it and possibly other infected files if there are on your device and, if so, will take action.

The file is malicious and has already been detected by Kaspersky, it is just informing you that it was unable to disinfect the file.

You can check which files are in quarantine, see:

Open the Kaspersky graphical interface

Click on "Security"

On the right side of the window, click → Quarantine
