Cannot connect to server to install Kaspersky Security Cloud Personal

Good day

I have bought the above package to be used on 5 devices.  I managed to install on only 1 device.  Not successful in installing on the second one.  Keeps on saying when I click on Install that it cannot connect to the Kaspersky server?

@Berny I bought the Global key and downloaded the non-Californian version

@Berny - thank you.  Is there perhaps a link for Security Cloud Personal, and not the family one?

Thank you @Danila T.  - it still gives me the same error - installer cannot connect to Kaspersky server
