Cannot close Kaspersky from the notification area, when using parsec (or teamviewer)

Hello. 

When accessing my home PC from my work PC, with parsec or teamviewer, If I select to close KIS through the notification area, a pop up window is shown, requiring me to verify the closure (yes/no), but I cannot click it. Actually I cannot do anything after that. The system stays there. There is no keyboard or mouse interaction going through. I can only select to send ctrl+alt+del through the software (parsec or teamviewer) and select to shutdown. 

Please note, that at least parsec, is run with elevated privileges, in both systems.

 

Can I solve this?

1st of all, You should migrate Your KIS to K. Standard.

 

You have to enable the setting: Allow managing...

Oh wow, there was a specific setting for that? Never noticed. Never searched really. Done. Thanks.

Regarding the update, I just download the update and run it? Why the current program does not give me the option to update itself?

Yes, You can run and overwrite.
