My Macbook Air just have a broken touchID and now I cannot change any settings in Kaspersky as every time I click on the lock/unlock button it pop up the MacOS confirm windows for 0.1s and then disappeared.

Welcome!

IF there's a physical Touch ID issue it will need to be serviced, if the issue is software related contact Apple support OR the Apple community; you may also wish to log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history*.  Select (your) Kaspersky application from the drop-down-list (A)

*Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*

I know that's some problem with my Mac that make my touch ID not working but everything else works fine which used Password as an alternative authentication solution except Kaspersky. 

I already report malfunction to Kaspersky support, will share the details to this forum for any outcome
