Cannot block some websites on Chrome

I am having issues blocking a few websites on Chrome. discord.com & myfreemp3.to. My child can still access them. I can't seem to figure out why. I have added them to exclusions to be forbidden and I tried blocking access to all websites but they still open. I need this fixed please!

My childs device:

Windows 11 Home

OS Version: 21H2

KSK Version: 1.0.5.12790(r)/202111

Chrome Version: 110.0.5481.178

I deleted the usage data which I think included cookies for the discord.com. Also deleted discord.com site history. Does not seem to work in fixing the issue. Have not done the same to myfreemp3.to.

 

My device I access Kaspersky Safe kids and block access:

Windows 11 Home

OS Version: 22H2

KSK Version: 1.0.5.12790(r)/202111

Chrome Version: 110.0.5481.178

  • Is Discord accessed via app or browser (by your child)?
  1. Delete the blocked sites, exit your MyKaspersky account & the browser. 
  2. Sign into the KSK app on your Windows 11 Home, OS Version: 22H2, run the Manual settings sync - make sure the application syncs correctly, you'll see an acknowledgement banner. 
  3. Sign out of KSK app. 
  4. Shutdown your computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, when the computer is fully powered OFF, power ON by pressing the Power button, login. 
  5. Sign into your MyKaspersky account, select KSK, Web activity monitoring. 
  6. Add discord.commyfreemp3.to - select BLOCK, select Save. 
  7. Exit your MyKaspersky account & the browser. 
  8. Sign into the KSK app on your Windows 11 Home, OS Version: 22H2, run the Manual settings sync - make sure the application syncs correctly, you'll see an acknowledgement banner. 
  9. Sign out of KSK app. 
  10. Shutdown your computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, when the computer is fully powered OFF, power ON by pressing the Power button, login. 
  11. Ask your child to shutdown Windows 11 Home, OS Version: 21H2 computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, when the computer is fully powered OFF, power ON by pressing the Power button, login, start the Chrome browser & recheck the issue, if it persists your best course of action is to log a request with Kaspersky support, so a dedicated resource can be allocated to look at it. On the support page: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Application malfunction, Other template; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you.
