I get the following message when trying to open my email inbox. "Server error! (request forbidden by antivirus)" Can anyone help me solve this problem of access. Thanks Lesterz

Can you please provide the error message from KTS. Also , can you receive e-mails when you temporally disable KTS ?

I tried disabling KTS by going to Settings > Protection > Turned OFF System Watcher > restarted PC but still cannot access emails. The same problem is also happening with me as my outlook account has been blocked and it has been affected by the virus threats and it is giving me outlook 0x8004010f while accessing the emails.
