I didn't not want to renew this app for the past 3 years and yet my account kept getting deducted. I am struggling to cancel the latest renewal. Could anyone help? Thanks.

  1. Log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown in the image below; please include:
  • The email address used to purchase the KSK subscription
  • The KSK Activation code - found in (your) MyKaspersky account - select subscriptions, select KSK, select the eye to expand the Activation code - shown in image 2 below

Soon to be illegal to require a support case to be created!

We're not sure why it would be 'illegal' to create a Kaspersky support case?

IF (you're) in the US, all licenses will keep functioning until their original expiration date, Guide on Kaspersky software availability in the United States, Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Only Kaspersky support have access to (your) private information & can process the *auto-renewal cancellation* - also, in our experience - it's the fastest method available.

None of the directions you posted to cancel auto renewal works. It gives links to providers that I've never heard of or used to subscribe in the first place. I initially purchased Kaspersky from your website and not any of the 'providers'. Advise to anyone, just dispute the charge from your bank/credit card company. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company for making it impossible to cancel auto renewal.

Have you done this:

  1. Log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown in the image below; please include:

  • The KSK Activation code - found in (your) MyKaspersky account, KSK, subscriptions tab. 

*Also* -> IF using Chat - ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript *before* ending the chat - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*
