I have had a ridicules quote for renewal so I have decided to cancel the auto renewal, but i cannot find the "manage subscription" tab on the subscription page, i have gone round in circles and have numerous Kaspersky tabs open but still cannot get to the tab i need to, can anyone help, I have Kaspersky Premium on windows 10 pc

Cancel Auto-renewal may not be available in (your) MyKaspersky account - it depends on the original purchase; the quickest way to resolve the issue is to log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - select Email, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history*

Provide the following information to Customer Service specialist:

  1. The description of the issue
  2. The date of the purchase
  3. Your full name
  4. The e-mail address that you have used for the purchase
  5. Order number from the confirmation e-mail - if available

, (you'll) receive an automated email response with an incident reference number - prefixed with INC000* & shortly after a Kaspersky Customer Service representative will contact you & provide assistance - they may take a few days, please patiently wait.
