Hi how can I cancel my subscription? I can’t email or chat to anyone and there is no option in my account.

  1. The option to cancel is only available in (your) MyKaspersky account, if, when (you) purchased the software license, (you) did so, via (your) MyKaspersky account. 
  2. Why can't (you) email or chat to anyone?
  3. What happens when (you) select the support link: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - is there an error?
  4. Which region are (you) in please? 
  5. Did (you) wish to cancel the subscription or cancel auto-renewal of the subscription?

Hi:) thanks for replying. 
when I log into the account I can see past orders and my address and payment details but there is no option to cancel. 
 

when I tried to chat to someone it re-directed me to the email but when I try to send the message the send button is greyed out:(

I no longer have the computer and don’t need the service. 

I’m in the uk

Thank you for posting back & the information!

  1. All of (your) information will be recorded in the MyKaspersky account, however, if the purchase was made via a payment portal like Digital River or Nexway, then there's no option to cancel available in (your) MyKaspersky account, it needs to be done via the Kaspersky support team or the other portal. 
  2. There's absolutely no issue with cancelling the service if it's no longer required. 
  3. Thank you for confirming the location, another Community user also reported a problem with the UK site, the issue is being worked on by Kaspersky specialists; as a workaround please use: https://support.kaspersky.co.uk/b2c/GB#contacts, select Email, then fill in: Order & Payment issues, How to stop/cancel automatic renewal? template: include the email address (you) used when you purchased the software & the Activation code please; we've just tested the form & the send button is green & working - see image below, after submitting the form, (you'll) receive an automated email with an incident reference number beginning with INC000 - after some days a Kaspersky human will contact you and complete the request.

Pete - can you send that link you used for canceling.  Every time I try it it sends me to that general support page with no useable links or info (phone numbers or email addresses)

I'm signed in but there is no usable link in the email section which opens any form for canceling subscriptions.  Has Kaspersky removed it since this was posted?  They are kind of well known for that kind of stunt...

Don't sign into (your) MyKaspersky account. 

Please use: https://support.kaspersky.co.uk/b2c/GB#contacts, select Email, then fill in: Order & Payment issues, How to stop/cancel automatic renewal? template: include the email address (you) used when you purchased the software & the Activation code please - see image below as a guide, after submitting the form, (you'll) receive an automated email with an incident reference number beginning with INC000 - after some days a Kaspersky human will contact you and complete the request.

In the meantime I figured out an alternate method:
Because Kaspersky is now being sold through a 3rd party vendor, Digital River Company, subscriptions to products like Kaspersky can be cancelled quite easily through their site.
Issue resolved.
