Hi:) thanks for replying. when I log into the account I can see past orders and my address and payment details but there is no option to cancel. when I tried to chat to someone it re-directed me to the email but when I try to send the message the send button is greyed out:( I no longer have the computer and don’t need the service. I’m in the uk thanks p
