Good evening, i trust you are well. Today i got the attached- what does that mean, does it mean that the trojan was deleted, why there was a backup created- was the backup first created and then deleted.

Kaspersky blocked the malicious object before it reached your PC , please check the Quarantine section.

Ok, thank you Berny, should i do something, should that thing remains in the quarantine or should i do there and delete it entirely- ie. is it harmless in quarantine?

If you don’t cleanup the Quarantine section , the object will be permanently deleted after 30 days.

As @Berny wrote... Simply when kaspersky detected virus (system watcher also create copies of your files and resore succesfully). This is similar but affected File Antivirus and in your case is Mail antivirus.
