Can 't access bank when either in Protective mode or vpn is on

Hi 
I am having problems getting into my banks website when I'm in protective mode or if I have the Kaspersky vpn on
I am running windows 11
My banks website is https://www.fnb.co.za/

Why using a VPN to access Your bank site? 

 

Accessing bank sites with VPN is usually banned by bank itself, it is taken as suspicious access.

I have switched the vpn off & it still wouldn't let me onto fnb.co.za

I then had to switch off protective mode in safe money.

Previously it allowed me to connect with safe money enabled.

Do You get any warning or ? Can't log in or just can't access the full site?

Website just hangs untill it timesout.

If I disable protective mode I can get onto the website.

 

Okay, it lets me in now while in protective mode.

I guess with Protective Mode You mean opening the site in a Safe Mode session...

 

What about adding the bank URL to Trusted URL list in module Safe Browsing?

I do have it in trusted URL my firewall.

I tried again & i t let me in via the protected mode. see attached

So, still hung or? Do You have installed Kaspersky Protection add-on inside the browser in Safe Money session?
