Network Agent is no more downloadable, you have to get it on KLshare folder of your server. Probably you have to update your KSC to 10.5 or 11

Hello @Mohamed-Ibrahim,

is that machine already with some Kaspersky product installed? I’d try to use kavremover in such case, just to make sure it’s clean before the fresh installation.. See this page for kavremover details.

Can you share printscreen of remote installation task error?

Cheers,
Milan

Hello Milan,

As I mention above, it’s a fresh install, this machine never have Kaspersky Endpoint deployed before,

I have issues in deploying the Kaspersky Endpoint on this Machine only

I tried everything you can imagine, Firewall Disabled, Edit in Reg, Rejoin the Domain,

Checked all ports, All i got those Errors

System error has occurred while running the task. The error details are provided in the event description. Kaspersky Network Agent for Windows (English) (12.0.0.7734): Shared folder "\\ip\admin$" is unavailable for the following accounts:
Error 1181/0x43 ('System error 0x43 (The network name cannot be found.)') has occurred while accessing file system object '\\ip\admin$\Temp\KAV Remote Installations\33c9861a32c44374bd116f3b514d20e6_1'.

Don’t know what’s wrong actually.

Hm.. that error is really weird 🙄

I’d try to install only Network Agent (no KES). If necessary, do it offline (export standalone installation package from KSC):

Is it returning the same error?

You mean i should try to Install the Network Agent manual on the Machine, and then try to deploy the Endpoint 11 from the Console ??

or I have to install both manually ??

Yes, I’d try to install Network Agent first manually - after successful installation, the machine becomes “managable” and then the remote installation of KES might probably end up well 🤔

Let me know!

IF i installed Network Agent and Endpoint manually, they won’t active through the console KSC.

Because i tried it before.

This Method, i tried before didn’t work, i even have a machine Network Agent already installed on it but the Endpoint Application couldn’t complete the installation task.

Hm.. it’s getting a little complicated :)

What do you mean by saying: “they won’t active through the console KSC” .. if you install Network Agent on the machine, it should appear as “managed device” - by default there is an automated relocation rule, which moves a machine with Network Agent installed in the “Managed devices” group. You can check the rules in here:

Relocation rules

Can you share printscreen of the rules?

Yes i know what you are talking about no worried, i mean the license activation from KSC, well when i install the Network agent i still want to install the Endpoint, and here the problem, it won’t deploy whatever i do. and if i install both Network Agent and Endpoint Manually the KSC won’t recognize the machine to active it, or manage it. i tried this method before on other Machine and didn’t work, the KSC didn’t recognize it nor manage it, now this Machine with the Error, i will try something like refresh the Windows or Update the Windows, and see, but what i am facing now weird Issue with different machine

I am trying to Deploy Kaspersky from KSC, the Agent installed but the Endpoint won’t install and giving this Error, as showing in the attached screenshots, and there is no antivirus installed on this machine and no incompatible application.

still the other problem remain,

I couldn't connect through share from Windows Server to the machine, even if all group policy and settings and firewall off and printer and share on and ports on and all as same as the other machines in the network, still trying to figure out whats the problem,
