however, in your case it will not work because the KES 10 installed on your server is no longer supported and the databases for it are not released. - https://support.kaspersky.com/corporate/lifecycle#b2b.block0

as a solution, update the version of the product installed on the server to the latest current 11 at the moment.

I would also recommend that you consider installing the Kaspersky Security 11.x for Windows Server solution instead of the Endpoint Security for Windows (for workstations) solution you currently use.
