EDIT: It randomly started working after 0 changes on my end. Just ignore this as I can't find a way to delete. I recently tried to upgrade from KSC 10 to KSC 11. It failed because of a mistake on my end. It said it was rolling back to the state it was before but afterwards I was no longer able to connect to the Administration Server, I kept getting an error message. So I decided it would be best is I restored from a backup I made just before the attempted upgrade using the KLbackup tool. It said that it was successful but I am still unable to connect and am getting the exact same error message. Any help would be appriciated Thanks!!

Two questions, how big is your database and running the service?

It was on an SQL express database and it was already full once and we had to use the work around given by Kaspersky support. But it has started working again now so it is all good. Thanks for the help though!
