Can KSK monitor the screen time when the device is not connected to network?

Hello, I am wondering if my kid only turns on the PC without connecting it to the WiFi or any network, would KSK still be able to continuously monitor the screen time? Thanks!

Welcome!

Yes, the device will still be monitored, however, the device use activity (screen time) will appear in KSK reports only when the network is reconnected.
