Can Kaspersky employees or customer support representatives have access to your my kaspersky account?

This is just a paranoid question, but can Kaspersky employees or customer support representatives have access to your 'My Kaspersky account'?

1. For example, accessing your Kaspersky account and maybe disconnecting a connected device or something bad like that?

2.Also can they see/access your information, payment details and things like that?

• Firstly paranoid questions are healthy - do not worry!

1. No, not without *your* specific authority - specific authority means (you've) formally logged a case with Kaspersky & they are *working-with-you-to-fix-a-problem*, IF that's happening YOU will have agreed to it & will be informed of all steps at all times. 
2. In the MyKaspersky account, IF a case has been *formally* logged, that means YOU have created an incident request - a Kaspersky employee will, for example, be able to see payment details for Kaspersky purchases BUT they will not be able to see & OR change your credit card number or sensitive information of that nature. 
3. A Kaspersky employee can disconnect a device - but again - would not do so without first telling you & also, would have more than likely told YOU to disconnect the device FIRST - then IF you said 'I can't', the K employee would proceed. 

• Is there a problem - what's happening that's made (you) paranoid, provide *details* please - (without exposing any personal details)?
