Can Kaspersky block file with Double Extensions

I found many files with double extensions are virus, such as *.pdf.exe , *.pdf.vbs, *.doc.exe, *.docx.vbs, etc.  Can Kaspersky block these file ?

Please check this :

→ Kaspersky settings → Protection → Mail Anti-Virus → Advanced settings
→ Attachment filter → Configure attachment filter → +ADD → (e.g.)  “*.pdf.exe” → OK

We will block the file if we find there's malicious code in it. If it's just that the file is named that way, then we won’t block it.

You might be able to block files with something like application control; however, the configuration to block *.exe would be too broad.
