Can I specify downtime schedule in fractions of hours?

Hi guys!

I am considering purchasing Premium to use the downtime scheduling but could you first clarify whether the downtime intervals in the schedule can be specified in the HH:MM format (e.g. from 8AM to 8:15AM) or sharp hours are allowed only, i.e., say, 8AM to 9AM? I would like to use the app for an eye condition which makes periodical eye rest mandatory. Unfortunately I could find any exact information about that at https://support.kaspersky.com/KPC/1.0/en-US/96908.htm. Other links, e.g. https://www.kaspersky.com/blog/safe-kids-time-limits/11214/, https://support.kaspersky.com/KSK/Cross-platform/en-US/206674.htm, and other forum topics make me suspect that the downtime intervals can only be hourly.
