BSOD after installing kaspersky at my laptop

Hi, i’m get BSOD at startup windows 7 and cannot go into normal booting only can use safe mode after installing kaspersky anti virus. How to solve it and i cannot system restore because it’s not my laptop and it’s have many important data.

Hello,

Do you have using VPN: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ArcSoft\Connection Service\Bin\ACService.exe ? Please uninstall Kaspersky Secure Connection and reboot, Let’s take a look whether BSOD will occur again or not.
