Browser refresh and screen blinking

Though Private browsing and Anti banner is enabled while working in browser

1. It keeps on refreshing and almost becomes impossible to work.
2. Even some time if I try to write something in note pad it automatically keep on writing something in notepad mostly the current date of the system. 
3. The screen keeps on flickering during this attack and can’t work at all
4. This goes around for around 1 minute and then again becomes stable.
5. Surprisingly it never happens when I work on Kaspersky website
