Bootloader error - Work Laptop

Hello!

I acquired the laptop from my last job after leaving, and I have the following error when starting Windows (i attached)

This computer had Kaspersky endpoint security installed  (now i uninstalled the kaspersky agent), reporting to a central server. I suspect it is a problem with the disk encryption product. I already tried to repair Windows boot from a boot disk without success.

Can anyone help me?

Did you decrypt disk drive before uninstalling Kaspersky Endpoint Security?
