Bluetooth Driver Can´t be installed

My computer uses a AC7260 and after reinstall windows 11 and install the protection the bluetooth cant be installed 

 

The app intel Bluetooth was registred into a except list of kaspersky but not working.

 

Can you help me?

Welcome!

1. Why was Windows reinstalled? 
2. Which Windows *BUILD* - use How to find the version of your operating system ?
3. Do all Windows *Updates* have a Successfully applied status? 
4. Which Kaspersky software name, version & patch(x), on the Windows Taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About? 
5. After Windows was reinstalled, did you *manually* add / install Intel Bluetooth? 
6. Have you spoken with Intel Support? 
7. Is Defender ON or OFF? 
8. In Windows Device manager, is the Intel Wireless Bluetooth listed? 
9. In Kaspersky Reports, find all Bluetooth related events, *SAVE* the Report as a text file, upload the saved Report to cloud & post back the share link please? 
10. Start Windows CMD as Admin, enter the following command & allow it to complete - do not run or do anything else while the process is running - when it's complete - post a full screen screen-print of the result?

Additional @RobertoReis, 

1. Adding a BT exclusion, from downloads will not work - remove the exclusion please - then continue with point 2
2. Create a System restore point.
3. Go to Kaspersky, select Settings⚙️-lower left-hand corner of the GUI, select Manage Settings, select Export, save the .cfg file, go back to Manage Settings, select Restore, allow the process to complete - do not use the Import option

4. Shutdown the computer, using Shutdown, not Restart - do not restart at the moment. 
5. Unplug all cables & the power cord, from the computer.
6. Insert the power cable & pressing the power button, turn the computer on, login. 
7. Now reconnect the network cables to the computer.
8. Check if BT driver has been installed? "yes", great / "no", contact Intel Support - you need to filter the support site to get to the right point. 
9. Start Kaspersky, check Kaspersky for any BT events?

Hi Due to incompatibility issues, the latest driver version may not be able to resolve the conflict in rare cases. You will also need to reinstall the drivers in this situation. Bluetooth drivers follow the same process. This article will show you how to install Bluetooth drivers in Windows 10. By pressing the Windows key + X, you can access the device manager.
Then, by double-clicking on Bluetooth, find it and share it. Next, right-click on the Bluetooth driver and select uninstall.
Then, to complete the removal, follow the instructions on the screen. After the download is complete, you can re-install the drivers using Bit Driver Updater or visit the PC manufacturer's website.
Now check whether "Install and repair Bluetooth drivers" is solved or not. 8. Enable Bluetooth Support
Bluetooth support function not working in the background is one of the reasons for Bluetooth not working properly. Make sure your Bluetooth support function is turned on. Disabled support functions are sometimes the cause of incorrect connection of Bluetooth devices. Press Win + R on your keyboard to open the Run box and type services.msc. Restart your phone and computer. Now check whether "Install and repair Bluetooth drivers" is solved or not.

Hello @RobertoReis, 

Update from Intel team: "The user should be installing the older installation packages, [ Wi-Fi, 21.10.1, May 21st, 2019, | Bluetooth, 21.10.1, May 21st 2019], not the most recent (which do not have driver files for these legacy adapters)."

?Please install the correct driver/s & report back if there are any issues that are caused by a conflict with the Kaspersky software, noting, the Kaspersky Reports will reflect any such events.
